Job summary

Truvant is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and monitor daily production on the machine process, ensuring output targets and customer dates are met. You will lead Production Associates and Machine Operators, oversee set-ups, changes, and material use while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Quality and other departments, mentor employees, and complete required paperwork to keep the production floor efficient and compliant with ISO, GMP, and USDA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily production.
• Ensure supplies are available for production.
• Oversee machine set-ups and changeovers.
• Verify correct packaging material is in use.
• Monitor hourly job rate for productivity.
• Collaborate with Quality to meet quality requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of production orders and labor allocation forms.
• Keep daily orders and workstations running smoothly.
• Mentor and train employees.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain a safe production floor.
• Seek continuous improvements.
