• Sets team objectives and tracks production results against daily reports.
• Coordinates with other departments on labeling, packaging, documentation, and quality.
• Works with Production Leads and Shift Supervisor on production and personnel matters.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and identifies safety hazards.
• Leads continuous process improvement to reduce scrap and cycle times.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, policies, and safety rules.
• Maintains regular, reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
