• Coordinate materials, production, quality and documentation with Supervisors and teams.
• Assist Supervisors in training, coaching and evaluations.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to procedures.
• Lead continuous process improvements to reduce scrap, cycle times and waste.
