Mountain Manufacturing is seeking a Production Line Operator to set up and maintain line equipment, monitor processes, and assist line personnel. You will ensure GMP compliance and quality standards while maintaining efficient production flow. You will coordinate work for the assigned area and support training and breaks as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of warehouse/production experience; forklift certification is a plus. OSHA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years warehouse/production experience.
• Preferred: 2–4 years warehouse/production with team lead experience.
• OSHA forklift operator certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set-up and maintain line equipment and monitor the process.
• Direct, facilitate and assist production line personnel with preparation and packaging.
• Verify ingredients, supplies, and packaging; ensure GMP and safety compliance.
• Perform quality checks, change label rolls, and inspect finished cases.
• Relieve personnel for breaks and complete required paperwork.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
