Ascentek is seeking a Production Lead to direct day-to-day production activities in its Minnesota facility. You will plan, organize, and allocate people, equipment, and assets to meet customer needs while working with management and customers to prioritize tasks cost-effectively.

Qualifications

• 4+ years manufacturing related to packaging and production line operation.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Understanding of Lean Principles.
• Ability to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee production area to meet goals, safety, quality and cost objectives.
• Coordinate material flow from raw to finished products.
• Participate in continuous improvement and changeover reduction.
• Maintain product quality via finished parts controls.
• Develop and implement operating procedures to fix production problems.
