Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and GED required.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing, film experience preferred.
• Effective communication as a supervisor, coach and trainer while providing leadership to direct reports.
• Experience in Supervising in a Lean manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production runs efficiently and meets quality standards.
• Manage and motivate production teams, coordinate schedules, verify timesheets, monitor workflows, and troubleshoot issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production performance and plan materials for production.
• Prepare for changeovers and maintain a clean, safe operating environment.
