• Use Lean tools to improve production while maintaining quality.
• Manage assets and resources to meet deliveries.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Identify root causes and implement countermeasures.
• Propose innovative ideas to mitigate challenges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
