Qualifications

• Strong sense of responsibility; understanding of business implications of decisions.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively in generating solutions.
• Highly organized and capable of effective, efficient multi-tasking.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills and must be able to present information clearly.
• 3 years leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily activities of department employees.
• Demonstrate and promote Arcosa Values.
• Follow, promote, and enforce all safety rules and practices to ensure a safe work environment.
• Drive Change Events, Lean Events, Goals and Company Policies.
• Accurately record and report all necessary documents related to the department.
• Utilize Lean tools to enhance production throughout while maintaining a high production standard.
• Manage all assets & resources to ensure all required deliveries are met.
• Identify issues, determine a root cause, and implement counter measure.
• Mitigate challenges by utilizing innovative ideas and methods.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
