Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates, a leading producer and distributor of construction materials, seeks a Production Lead for the Mooreland, OK plant. You will oversee daily department activities, promote Arcosa Values, and enforce safety practices while driving Lean initiatives to enhance production and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication, with responsibilities spanning documentation, asset management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious and results-driven supervisor mindset.

• Proven leadership experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department activities and personnel in the Mooreland, OK plant.
• Demonstrate and promote Arcosa Values while maintaining safety rules.
• Drive Change Events, Lean Events, and execute company policies.
• Accurately record and report all required department documents.
• Leverage Lean tools to improve production while meeting high standards.
• Manage assets and resources to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Identify issues, determine root causes, and implement countermeasures.
• Develop and apply innovative solutions to mitigate challenges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
