Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software (ERP, MES) and other production planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production team members to enhance performance and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address non-conformances to maintain product integrity.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve processes.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with planning for timely replenishment.
• Generate production reports and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
