Thunderbird Molding is seeking a Production Lead to guide the production team, oversee quality inspections of plastic parts, and coordinate with the Production Manager on performance goals and safety. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and clear communication with stakeholders to address issues swiftly.

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• 3 years in plastic injection molding manufacturing; 1+ year supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read and comprehend production instructions, safety instructions, and memorandums; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and monitor machine operators and enforce quality guidelines.
• Complete training for new shift team members and ensure proper documentation when changing work orders.
• Visually inspect parts for defects (shorts, flash, contamination) and communicate issues to Process Technicians.
• Maintain 5S in the production area and collaborate with engineers, technicians, and floor personnel to resolve issues.
• Review and resolve non-conforming material issues and assist with corrective actions.
