Position Summary

B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in infusion therapy and pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations within our aseptic production environment. This role provides front-line leadership and technical support to production associates while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The Production Lead is responsible for coordinating production activities, driving operational efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

The ideal candidate will possess experience in aseptic manufacturing processes, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively lead teams in a fast-paced production environment. This position works closely with Production Supervisors, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to achieve production goals while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and patient safety.

In This Role, You Will Have the Chance To:

Essential Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical degree preferred.

Preferred Experience Includes
  • Hands‑on experience supporting aseptic filling, sterile processing, cleanroom operations, or environmental monitoring activities.
  • Experience leading teams in pharmaceutical, medical device, biologics, or healthcare manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience participating in audits, inspections, CAPA activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
  • Requires working knowledge of manufacturing operations and aseptic production processes.
  • Applies established technical principles, procedures, and practices to support production objectives.
  • Works under general supervision and may assist in training, assigning, and reviewing work performed by production associates.
  • Exercises sound judgment in resolving routine production and process‑related issues.
  • Collaborates with supervisors, quality personnel, engineers, maintenance technicians, and production team members to achieve operational goals.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE and comply with cleanroom gowning requirements, including sterile gowns, gloves, masks, and hair coverings.
  • Regular work in GMP-regulated manufacturing and classified cleanroom environments.
  • Must successfully complete gowning qualifications and follow aseptic techniques and contamination control procedures.
  • Flexibility to support multiple shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime based on business needs.

Pay Range- $30.28 -$36.00/ hour

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
