The Production Lead supports daily operations in the food production department. Working closely with production supervisors, they provide leadership and manage work teams while monitoring manufacturing and packaging procedures. Production Leads provide effective training to all new and existing employees and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
High School Diploma or equivalent and manufacturing environment experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements: Background Check, no drug test required. Required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between 18.00 - 18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
