Job summary

Atlas Molded Products seeks a Production Lead at the Arlington, TX facility to supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with maintenance, monitor metrics, perform setup confirmations, and implement corrective actions as needed while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is desirable.
• Ability to drive safe operations and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct production personnel to meet schedules while upholding safety and quality.
• Learn and lead manufacturing processes, equipment operations, and procedures.
• Support tool changes and setup on presses and lines.
• Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain logs, reports, and plant metrics such as yield and scrap.
