Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities of assigned staff.
• Ensure production goals and objectives are met timely and efficiently.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and take corrective actions.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and a clean, organized work environment.
• Train and mentor staff in equipment use and processes.
• Manage production schedules and work orders in Epicor; track 5S and QA checks.
