Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a production supervisor to oversee product processing from start to finish, ensuring safety, throughput, yields, and proper staffing. The role involves compounding, adjusting, and packaging blends of multiple ingredients, plus completing daily production reports and HACCP/GMP documentation.

The ideal candidate will lead and train employees, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with scheduling and R&D on current and upcoming production runs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years related experience or training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more.
• Must have 20/40 vision in both eyes with or without correction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing of products, ensuring safety, throughput, yields, and staffing.
• Lead and develop the production team; train employees on equipment operation.
• Complete daily production paperwork and reports.
• Maintain GMP and HACCP compliance; assist with quarterly reports.
• Coordinate with R&D on current and new products.
• Onboard and train temporary staff and ensure safety.
