Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. The role is based in Jacksonville, FL on-site. You will lead shift manufacturing activities, supervise supervisors, and drive safety, quality, and productivity across operations.

We seek a candidate with a High School Diploma and manufacturing experience, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and collaborate across teams to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities during assigned shifts to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Supervise Area Supervisors and provide coaching to drive team performance.
• Monitor production processes and ensure product quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Serve as the primary communication link between shifts and cross-functional departments.
• Identify process, equipment, or staffing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Analyze operational challenges and lead problem-solving efforts to improve process performance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies and foster a strong safety culture.
• Complete administrative responsibilities including shift reporting, documentation, workforce coordination, and performance monitoring.
