Job summary

IFCO SYSTEMS is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a high‑volume production shift, focusing on safety, quality and efficiency in the facility. You will enforce safety policies, train staff, and ensure compliance with quality standards to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a line supervisor.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing operation.
• Availability Monday through Friday with weekend duties during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE compliance across all personnel.
• Maintain accurate shift documentation and inventory records.
• Train and guide staff on SOPs and quality processes.
• Achieve production goals set by senior management.
• Ensure adherence to AIB standards and IFCO policies.
• Coordinate with management on future duties and projects.
• Manage shift employees according to company policies.
