Job summary

CTI Foods, LLC is seeking a Production Lead to supervise daily production, lead a team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role partners with Maintenance and Quality to resolve issues and keeps materials, equipment, and staffing aligned with schedules.

The ideal candidate will direct team members to achieve targets, support continuous improvement, and foster a culture of safety and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Strong on-floor leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure headcount is at budgeted levels.
• Owns people safety, food safety, cost execution, production schedule and team morale.
• Monitor production to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Provide employee training to ensure responsibilities are performed effectively.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations and procedures.
• Coach performance and support safety programs.
