Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team in Omaha, NE. This management role includes hiring, training and directing individuals on one of our fast-paced shifts to meet daily productivity and quality goals.

You will maintain inventory control, uphold safety policies in accordance with OSHA, and foster a culture of safety while driving daily production flow and bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to handle physical requirements and start within two weeks after offer.
• Experience in production supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team, including hiring, training and directing individuals on a fast-paced shift.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements while maintaining inventory control.
• Maintain safety in the plant and train partners on company safety policies.
