Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Lead to support the Rental Division. The Production Lead helps supervisors ensure productivity, department goals and quality standards are met, coordinating work in a specific production area to meet or exceed defined quantity and quality targets.

They will assist in the daily performance of the team, learn to use computer systems for job activities, and adapt to a fast-paced schedule while maintaining safety as a priority in a collaborative, results-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to learn to use a computer/console to complete work activities
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
