Cintas is seeking a Production Lead to support the Rental Division. The role assists supervisors in maintaining productivity, department goals and quality standards. You will coordinate activities in a production area and strive to meet quantity and quality targets, while ensuring safety and timely performance.

The position emphasizes attendance, teamwork, and effective communication, with opportunities to develop leadership and operational skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
