Job summary

Spartan Emergency Response, part of Terex Corporation, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead teams on the shop floor, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity across emergency response bodies and chassis.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of manufacturing leadership; CDL preferred. You will train staff, manage schedules, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum five years manufacturing leadership experience; vehicle assembly line experience preferred.
• Possess a CDL, or be willing to obtain.
• Proven ability to plan and handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Communicate plant performance and KPI results in meetings.
• Train new associates across job functions.
• Maintain quality standards and inventory management.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support hiring, performance reviews, and staffing plans.
