Spartan Emergency Response, part of Terex Corporation, is seeking a Technical Training & Process Specialist to support development, accuracy, and continuous improvement of work instructions and training materials on the production floor. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, training, quality, or process-improvement environments.
• Experience with work instructions, SOPs, or technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, usable instructions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation for accuracy and clarity.
• Partner with supervisors and engineers to validate processes on the shop floor.
• Identify gaps or improvements and update processes and documentation.
• Support development of technical training materials, job aids, and visual work instructions.
• Align documentation with Train-the-Trainer programs and training standards.
• Assist in standardizing processes across departments for consistency and quality.
• Maintain version control and document management systems for current information.
• Participate in training initiatives and onboarding support for manufacturing operations.
• Support safety initiatives by reflecting current safety requirements in procedures.
