Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

• Minimum four years of manufacturing experience.
• At least two years of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the Production department activities to meet quality and schedule requirements.
• Determines manufacturing priorities based on production schedules.
• Interprets specifications and assesses acceptability of in-process production.
• Implements safety programs to ensure worker safety.
• Assures product quality and resolves problems with sound judgment.
• Directs equipment maintenance and setup.
• Coordinates with other supervisors to align plant activities.
• Reports equipment malfunctions and initiates corrective actions.
• Inspects products for conformance to specifications.
• Ensures adherence to production schedules and estimates labor hours.
