Cintas is seeking a Production Lead to support the Rental Division. The Production Lead helps supervisors ensure productivity, department goals and quality standards are met. They coordinate work in a specific production area and strive to meet or exceed established quantity and quality levels.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and teamwork, with a full-time schedule on the first shift. This position is based in the Rental organization within Cintas.

Qualifications
