Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Production Lead to support the Rental Division. The Production Lead assists supervisors in meeting productivity, department goals and quality standards, and coordinates the work in a specific production area to meet or exceed standards.

This role is 2nd shift, full-time, focused on safe, efficient operations. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US, at least 18, and able to learn computer usage and effective communication while maintaining attendance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Able to learn to use a computer/console and communicate with others.
• Strict attendance policy adherence and safety-oriented.
• Standing for long shifts with physical activity requirements.
