Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a GMP Lead to oversee activities within the GMP program, including company and temporary staff. The role emphasizes safe work practices, training, coordinating work, and maintaining records and inventories.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2 years of high-tech experience, and a valid driver's license with forklift certification potential. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus, and the position requires driving to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of high-tech experience or training, or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must possess valid driver’s license; Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities within the GMP program and assigned areas.
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; provide reports and logs.
• Perform service, safety inspections, and track equipment inventory.
• Maintain supplies inventory and issue equipment; monitor PPE.
