Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, knowledge of processes/equipment, and strong organizational and communication skills. A high school diploma is required, with a preferred associate degree in engineering or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and help adjust assignments as necessary to meet production goals.
• Ensure production processes comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Address and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team.
• Track and evaluate performance of team members and the production line.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees on processes and safety.
