Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of logistics and shipping and receiving procedures.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to ensure equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Oversee implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and address mechanical issues promptly.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure production goals are met.
• Identify and address issues impacting production operations and implement corrective actions.
