Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Dough Lead for the Ogden plant. The Production Lead will supervise packing-line staff, ensure efficient production flow, and maintain safety/quality standards. This role focuses on coaching, training, and maintaining GMPs while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

This full-time position on 1st shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with some Saturdays, offers competitive pay starting at $29.84/hr and opportunities for growth within a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee packing line employees and ensure efficient production flow.
• Ensure proper packaging and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coach and train team members; monitor performance and recognize strong performers.
• Maintain GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies; keep production area clean and sanitary.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed and perform other duties as assigned.
