Job summary

Knox Area Rescue Ministries is seeking a Key Holder/Team Lead - Production for our Seymour location to oversee daily production processes and donor experiences. You will coordinate workflows, supervise multiple processing stations, and ensure quality while upholding KARM Stores' mission and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous production, warehouse, retail, or processing experience preferred.
• Leadership or shift lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with donation receiving, express gratitude, and share the KARM story.
• Lead daily donation flow by coordinating team activities and maintaining organized, clean production areas.
• Provide guidance across processing stations (receiving, presort, pricing, ready area, disposal) and ensure quality.
• Coordinate daily workflow to achieve production goals based on volume and staffing.
• Serve as the production lead on assigned shifts, enforcing safety, policies, and operational standards.
