Qualifications

• The candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a production team and shift with multiple direct reports.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate flow to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Train and develop staff; participate in interviewing and performance management.
• Manage daily/weekly objectives and communicate clearly to the team.
• Record and analyze performance data and ensure SOP compliance.
