Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial is seeking a motivated Production Lead to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business. You will supervise daily production activities, ensure safe, efficient, high-quality execution, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 5+ years in piping/industrial maintenance, and ability to read mechanical drawings and P&ID diagrams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; electrical certification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in piping, structural fabrication, industrial maintenance or related fields.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, P&ID diagrams and electrical prints.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities ensuring safe, efficient, and quality work.
• Install, repair, test, and maintain piping and electrical systems and equipment.
• Read drawings and work instructions; coordinate with supervisors to prioritize workload.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and ensure adherence to quality standards.
