ManpowerGroup is listing an opportunity for a Production Lead with experience in cosmetics/production environments. The role centers on leading a packaging team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output across 2nd and 3rd shifts in Bristol, PA.

You will supervise daily activities, assign tasks, monitor productivity, train new staff, and support inventory and audits while maintaining strong communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, distribution, or quality environments.
• Prior lead/coordinator/supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting production team members throughout the shift.
• Assigning work and ensuring proper staffing coverage.
• Monitoring productivity and helping the team meet daily targets.
• Troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Training new employees on processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.
• Assisting with inventory accuracy and audit support.
• Tracking performance metrics and communicating updates to leadership.
