Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain safety and quality.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the production team during the shift.
• Assign tasks and ensure staffing coverage.
• Monitor productivity and help meet daily targets.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Train new employees on processes, quality standards, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and audits.
• Track performance metrics and report to leadership.
