Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, distribution, or quality environments.
• Lead, coordinate, or supervise teams on shift.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production team members throughout the shift.
• Assign work and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Monitor productivity and help the team meet daily targets.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Train new employees on processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and audit support.
• Track performance metrics and communicate updates to leadership.
