• 3. Staffing and performance management.
• 4. Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
• 5. Maintaining proper maintenance on equipment in the assigned production area.
• 6. Identifying and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• 7. Training activities within the department.
• 8. Maintaining a positive work atmosphere through collaboration with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and management.
• 9. Supporting and developing team with short and long term professional goals.
• 10. Helping the company meet its Strategic, Quality and Safety objectives.
• 11. Other duties may be assigned.
