Job summary

Steffes is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Supervisor to lead the EHS team across Dickinson, Grand Forks, and Shelby sites. The role guides incident prevention, regulatory compliance, and a strong EHS culture aligned with Mission Zero.

Responsibilities include implementing the EHS Management System, conducting audits, and coordinating with Operations. Travel up to 15% is required; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading EHS teams across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level EHS professionals across geographic areas and set team expectations.
• Implement and maintain the Steffes EHS Management System and related forms.
• Coordinate compliance with federal, state, and local safety/environmental regulations.
• Perform audits and inspections, ensure proper documentation and records.
• Lead incident intake, first-line response, and coordination with Operations.
• Develop coaching frameworks and work instructions for site safety.
