Publicis Production is seeking a Producer to act as a central hub, coordinating agency and internal teams through planning, design, and execution. You will ensure client satisfaction by proactive ask-upfront strategy and by managing timelines, scope, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production or project management.
• Experience with production financial tracking and administration.
• Understanding of creative retouching and color space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact with agency partners and internal teams to plan and deliver projects.
• Reviews and manages scope of work throughout the life cycle of a job.
• Maintain and communicate all project documentation and production details.
• Create project timelines and keep teams on track through production phases.
• Manage project financials, including opening jobs, tracking hours, bidding, and wrap.
