Edelman Smithfield in New York, NY is seeking a Producer to scope, define and lead production projects from start to finish. You will guide budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client goals.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and deep knowledge of the production landscape, including AICP guidelines, talent usage considerations, and vendor partnerships. AICP bid experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production-related experience at a creative agency, marketing/comms firm or production company.
• Proven ability to manage projects successfully within budget and schedule.
• Strong communication skills and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of AICP bidding guidelines and triple bidding.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Understanding of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for talent usage (knowledge).
• Strong understanding of the creative process and project planning (goals, budgets, timelines, scope).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall execution, budget and timeline for mid-level budgeted projects across broadcast, video/photo, digital and experiential.
• Coordinate between creative, strategy, technology, account, business affairs and vendors.
• Ensure concepts are producible within timeframe and budget; prepare bid specs and production estimates.
• Build relations with production community and mentor junior talent.
• Document post-project recaps and track production milestones and notes.
