Publicis Groupe is seeking a Producer who will act as a central hub to plan and deliver client projects. The role requires strong communication, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure proactive inquiry of client asks, maintain documentation, and coordinate with agency partners to drive timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in production, production coordination, project management, or a related discipline.
• Experience with production financial tracking and administration, including opening job numbers and budgeting.
• Understanding of production processes and client-facing collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Point of contact with agency partners and internal teams to plan and deliver projects.
• Review and manage scope of work throughout the life cycle of a job.
• Maintain project documentation including product, pricing and business details.
• Create project timelines and keep teams and clients on track.
• Manage project financials, including opening jobs and tracking hours.
