Responsibilities

• First line supervisor for a team of 3-4 production builders.
• Verify dimensions of pre-cut parts for accuracy.
• Place metal reinforcement plates and connect parts with tools.
• Assemble pre-cut wooden parts to build trusses and wall supports.
• Follow all safety procedures and standards.
• Follow all quality control procedures.
• Inform supervisor when material is missing or defective.
• Maintain a clean work area daily.
