Pollard Games, Inc. dba American Games is seeking an experienced Production Lead to mentor staff, optimize daily workflows and sustain safe, high-quality production of charitable gaming products across North America.

You will guide operators, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement while maintaining on-time output. The role emphasizes coaching, safety, problem solving and cross-training to build a flexible, high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of leadership, lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in printing, packaging, converting, label production, maintenance or similar production environments is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach and develop employees.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and workflow with the Shift Supervisor.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to machine operators and production employees.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Operate production equipment as needed to support manufacturing requirements.
• Train, mentor and coach new employees on machine operation, safety procedures, quality standards and production processes.
