Job summary

DynaEnergetics is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee an assigned shift across Assembly Operations and Hardware in Blum/Whitney, Texas. You will lead Shift Leads, coordinate resources, and help deliver production commitments while maintaining safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

You will manage staffing, attendance, training records, performance documentation, and coach employees to meet production goals and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years leading or supervising production employees.
• Strong knowledge in Machining or Assembly Operations.
• Experience with ERP, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, safety, quality controls, inventory, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Shift Leads across Assembly and Machining Operations.
• Plan shift staffing and assignments around production schedules.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, onboarding, training records, and performance documentation.
• Evaluate performance, determine hiring, promotions, transfers, corrective action, and separations.
• Monitor output, schedule attainment, labor use, downtime, scrap, and rework; address issues and elevate risks.
• Enforce safety, environmental, security, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Supply, Logistics, and HR to resolve constraints.
• Ensure accurate production, labor, inventory, and material transactions in SAP.
• Lead shift meetings and handoffs, improve workflow, training, equipment use, productivity, quality, and cost.
