Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet safety and cost objectives.
• Oversee unit operations, process optimization, SOP development, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to optimize plant performance and cost efficiency.
• Hire, coach and develop personnel and manage training for operations staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, environmental safety, and continuous improvement in operations.
