Job summary

Nordson EFD is seeking a Production Lead to support the Production Supervisor in coordinating efficient, high-quality production activities.

You will promote the Journey to Zero safety culture, supervise Production Associates, and ensure timely completion of daily goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Shift availability includes 2nd shift, Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:00pm, with a shift premium.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience in a production/industrial setting.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented; able to work safely and efficiently.
• Willing to cross-train and learn new areas as needed.
• English reading/writing required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Supervisor in coordinating production activities.
• Set up assembly jobs and perform line clearances.
• Lead production team to meet safety and quality standards.
• Train and supervise employees on approved methods.
• Track daily goals and communicate progress with the team.
• Operate equipment to meet production schedules and resolve issues.
