Job summary

The Royal Group Louisville, a TRG subsidiary, seeks a 2nd Shift Production Lead in Louisville, KY to oversee daily production, ensure quality and minimize waste in a safety-focused environment. The role supports team collaboration and smooth shift operations.

Shifts run Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM. You will manage records, coordinate with departments, and help maintain a fully operational, orderly plant while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior corrugated industry experience preferred (2–4 years).
• Forklift operator license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, efficiencies and production levels per supervisor.
• Perform recordkeeping, inventory management and order tracking.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete orders on time.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Attend plant safety meetings and communicate issues to supervision.
• Oversee shift changes and ensure consistent attendance and overtime as needed.
• Support team and perform additional duties as assigned.
