Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing team member for the Purina Animal Nutrition business in Florida. The role involves frontline production, operating machinery and packaging final products for customers.

You will join a member-owned cooperative focused on food innovation and quality. The position requires shift work on the 2nd shift (2:00 AM to 10:30 PM) with potential weekend/overtime/holiday duties.

Qualifications

Pay: $29.80 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (if applicable)

Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 2:00 AMPM to 10:30 AMPM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business who serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States. We innovate nutritional products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life.

Required Experience And Skills

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
