Job summary

Quincy Recycle Paper Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead a 5-7 person crew in our fast-growing recycling operation. You will coach staff, uphold safety standards, and drive productivity to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities include training, material grading oversight, and hands-on operation of equipment such as balers, shredders, roll cutters, forklifts, and skid steers. A strong emphasis on teamwork and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong work ethic, communication, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Successful completion of a physical, drug screen, and background check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a crew of 5-7 people.
• Train and motivate temporary labor and build a supportive team environment with a full-time crew.
• Responsible for knowing and coaching others on material grading
• Lead plant safety, maintain a safe plant environment, and maintain compliance with all safety protocol
• Ability to learn and then safely operate all machines in the plant, including baler, shredder, and roll cutter
• Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts and skid steers

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role required
• Strong work ethic, communication, and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented
• Successful completion of a physical, drug screen, and background check
